Healthcare Training and Education
Health care continues to be one of the fastest growing industries in California and faces unprecedented challenges to its delivery systems. Our Regional Health Occupations Resource Centers (RHORC) identify the workforce needs of California's health care delivery systems and develop solutions through a comprehensive problem-solving process that includes assessment and analysis, planning and development, and implementation and evaluation. We provide education and training programs to meet emerging demands for California's health care industry workers; to determine needs, facilitate development of innovative solutions and to locate resources to implement planned responses; to evaluate and initialize health-related educational programs.
